The 100 Best Animated Movies

In 2014 Time Out magazine got world famous animators to pick the best animated movies ever. Disney, as you’d expect, features strongly but there’s also plenty from Studio Ghibli as well other Japanese anime from the likes of Satoshi Kon. However, the work of Russian animator Yuri Norstein, described by some as the best animator of all time, is notably absent but it may be because his most acclaimed films were shorts rather than feature length.
