Sight & Sound Best Films of 2011

At the end of 2011 Sight & Sound magazine polled 100 critics and curators before collating the results into a top 10 of the best films of the year. Terence Malick’s experimental epic, The Tree of Life was voted best film, earning one and a half times as many votes as runner up A Separation.

  9. Le quattro volte — Michelangelo Frammartino
  10. Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy — Tomas Alfredson
